Uygulamadan silme

Zoddrun'da Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu izleyin ve onaylayın. Silme anında uygulanır ve geri alınamaz.

Uygulama telefonunuzda değilse

Hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize yazın ve konuya Hesap silme yazın. İsteği aynı adresten geldiğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabı biz sileriz; işlem en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Hesabı silmeden veri silme

Hesabınızı silmeden de verinizin bir kısmını silebilirsiniz; hiçbiri için bize yazmanız gerekmez, işlem anında sunucuya da gider:

• Bir koşuyu silmek: Geçmiş listesinde, koşu ayrıntısında ya da akıştaki kendi gönderinizde ⋯ → Sil. Koşunun rotası, kilometre dilimleri, notu ve fotoğrafı onunla birlikte silinir.
• Bir fotoğrafı silmek: Koşu ayrıntısında fotoğrafı kaldırın; dosya depodan da silinir.
• Profil fotoğrafını kaldırmak: Ayarlar → Profil.
• Topluluk gönderisini silmek: Gönderide ⋯ → Sil.

Silinen veriler

• Koşularınız, rotalarınız ve kilometre dilimleriniz
• Yazdığınız yorumlar, verdiğiniz ve aldığınız alkışlar
• Yüklediğiniz bütün fotoğraflar — dosyalar depodan gerçekten silinir
• Topluluk üyelikleriniz, başvurularınız ve topluluk gönderileriniz
• Canlı koşu ve etkinlik katılımlarınız, oda sohbeti mesajlarınız
• Alan oyunundaki parselleriniz (haritadan hemen kalkar; sınırı ve izi itirazlar için en geç 90 gün sonra silinir)
• Kazandığınız plaketler
• Engelleme listeniz, bildirim cihazlarınız ve açık oturumlarınız
• Bildirim kutunuz ve başkalarının kutusunda sizin yaptıklarınızın bildirimleri
• E-posta adresiniz, görünen adınız, profil fotoğrafınız ve parolanız

E-posta adresiniz geçersiz rastgele bir adresle değiştirilir, yani adres serbest kalır: dilerseniz aynı e-postayla yeniden kaydolabilirsiniz.

Kalan kayıtlar

Aşağıdakiler kişisel veri taşımaz ve silinmez:

• Şikayet ve moderasyon kayıtları. Başkalarının güvenliğiyle ilgili kararların geçmişi; yalnızca kimlik numarası tutar.
• Açtığınız etkinlikler. Başkaları katıldıysa etkinlik durur; sizinle bağı kimliksiz kalır.
• Abonelik kayıtları. Muhasebe ve hak geçmişi için saklanır; ödeme bilgisi içermez, ödemeyi mağaza tahsil eder.

Silinen veriler düzenli veritabanı yedeklerinde en çok 14 gün (fotoğraflar 4 gün) daha kalabilir; yedekler bu süre içinde dönüşümlü olarak imha edilir.

Abonelik

Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Aboneliği satın aldığınız mağazadan iptal edin: iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler.

Zoddrun — Delete your account

Deleting from the app

In Zoddrun go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email us from the address registered to your account with Delete account as the subject. Once we confirm the request comes from that address we delete the account for you, within 30 days at the latest.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can delete parts of your data without deleting your account. None of these require contacting us, and each one reaches the server immediately:

• Delete a run: in the history list, on the run detail screen, or on your own post in the feed, tap ⋯ → Delete. The route, kilometre splits, note and photo of that run go with it.
• Delete a photo: remove it on the run detail screen; the file is removed from storage as well.
• Remove your profile photo: Settings → Profile.
• Delete a community post: tap ⋯ → Delete on the post.

What is deleted

• Your runs, routes and kilometre splits
• Comments you wrote, and kudos you gave and received
• Every photo you uploaded — the files are really removed from storage
• Your community memberships, applications and community posts
• Your live run and event participations, and room chat messages
• Your parcels in the territory game (they leave the map at once; their outlines and tracks are deleted within 90 days, kept until then for disputes)
• Plaques you earned
• Your block list, notification devices and open sessions
• Your notification inbox, and the notifications about what you did in other people's inboxes
• Your email address, display name, profile photo and password

Your email address is replaced with a random invalid one, so the address is freed: you can sign up again with the same email if you wish.

What is kept

The following carry no personal data and are not deleted:

• Reports and moderation records. The history of decisions that concern other people's safety; they hold an identifier only.
• Events you created. If other people joined, the event stays; its link to you becomes anonymous.
• Subscription records. Kept for accounting and entitlement history; they contain no payment details, as the store takes the payment.

Deleted data may remain in routine database backups for up to 14 more days (photos: 4 days); those backups are rotated out within that period.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store you bought it from: on iPhone, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
