Zoddrun — Gizlilik Politikası

Zoddrun bir koşu uygulamasıdır. Reklam göstermez, uygulamada izleme (tracking) yapmaz ve üçüncü taraf analitik aracı kullanmaz. Tek istisna e-postadır: gönderim sağlayıcımız, gönderdiği e-postanın açıldığını kendi sisteminde kaydeder (aşağıda, Aktarılan taraflar). Aşağıda uygulamanın topladığı her şey ve o verinin nereye gittiği yazıyor.

Telefonunuzda kalan veriler

Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır; ana veritabanı telefonunuzdadır. Şunlar yalnızca telefonda durur ve sunucuya hiç gönderilmez:

• Nabız (saatten, Apple Sağlık'tan ya da Health Connect'ten; koşunun ortalama ve en yüksek nabzı dâhil). Nabız sağlık verisidir: sunucuya gönderilmez ve sunucuda saklanmaz. Uygulamanın eski bir sürümü göndermeye çalışsa da sunucu onu kaydetmez; 20 Ekim 2026'dan önce sunucuya ulaşmış nabız değerleri silindi.
• Ham GPS örnekleri (filtrenin reddettikleri dâhil), doğruluk ve hız bilgileri.
• Kilo, boy ve doğum yılı gibi isteğe bağlı profil bilgileri — yalnızca kalori tahmini ve birim gösterimi için kullanılır.
• Müzik çalar bilgisi: çalan parça yalnızca ekranda gösterilir, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
• Apple Health / Health Connect: izin verirseniz bitirdiğiniz koşu antrenman olarak yazılır. Uygulama sağlık verinizi yalnızca siz istediğinizde okur: Profili doldur kilo, boy ve doğum tarihinizi okur ve profilin yalnızca BOŞ alanlarına yazar (doğum tarihinden yalnızca yıl tutulur); bu bilgiler telefonda kalır. Koşuları al son bir yılın koşu antrenmanlarını (mesafe, süre, varsa rota, nabız ve kalori) okur; alınan koşu geçmişinize sizin koşunuz gibi kaydedilir ve hesabınız varsa diğer koşularınız gibi senkronlanır; nabzı telefonda kalır. Kalistenik antrenmanında Sağlık verisini al antrenmanın saatlerindeki nabzı ve o saatlerde saatinizin kaydettiği antrenmanın enerjisini okur; nabız telefonda kalır, enerji antrenmanın kalorisi olarak kaydedilir.
• Isı haritasının Benim görünümü (bütün koşularınızın izinin yoğunluğu) telefonda hesaplanır ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Herkes görünümü sunucuda kurulur; aşağıda Genel ısı haritası.
• Saatle (telefonsuz) koştuğunuzda saatin kaydettiği ham konum, nabız ve harcanan enerji yalnızca kendi telefonunuza aktarılır; koşu orada diğer koşularınız gibi kaydedilir. Telefonla koşarken de saat nabzı ve harcanan enerjiyi yalnızca telefonunuza gönderir. Saat bunları kendi antrenman oturumundan okur ve Sağlık'a hiçbir şey yazmaz; kalori, saat ölçtüyse onun değeridir, yoksa kilodan tahmin edilir.

Harita

• Harita görüntüleri Mapbox'tan yüklenir. Mapbox, ekranda görüntülenen harita alanını ve bağlantının IP adresini görür; koşularınız ve rotanız Mapbox'a gönderilmez. Mapbox'ın kullanım telemetrisi uygulamada kapalıdır.
• Çevrimdışı harita indirdiğinizde o bölgenin (son koşunuzun ya da bulunduğunuz yerin çevresindeki 10–16 km'lik kare) harita verisi Mapbox'tan istenir; Mapbox hangi bölgenin indirildiğini görür. Koşularınız gönderilmez. İndirilen veri telefonda kalır ve ayarlardan silinir.

Sunucuya gönderilen veriler

Hesap açtığınızda ve senkronizasyon açıkken şunlar sunucuya gider:

• Son görülme ve uygulama sürümü: giriş yaptığınızda ve oturumunuz yenilendiğinde son görülme zamanı, platform (iOS ya da Android) ve uygulama sürümü hesabınızda yazılır. Destek vermek, eski sürümleri güncellemeye yönlendirmek ve kaç kişinin hangi sürümde olduğunu görmek içindir; hesabınızı silince silinir.
• Hesap: e-posta adresiniz ve verdiyseniz görünen adınız. Parolanız hiçbir zaman düz metin saklanmaz (bcrypt). Hesap açarken ve parolanızı unuttuğunuzda e-posta adresinize 6 haneli bir kod gönderilir; sunucuda kodun yalnızca şifreli özeti 15 dakika durur ve kullanılınca silinir. Hesabınızla ilgili güvenlik ve moderasyon bildirimleri de bu adrese gider: parola değiştiğinde, hesap silindiğinde, oturumlarınız kapatıldığında, bir içeriğiniz kaldırıldığında ya da hesabınız askıya alındığında (sebebiyle). Bunlar pazarlama e-postası değildir ve kapatılamaz; itiraz için e-postayı yanıtlamanız yeterlidir.
• Koşu özeti: spor türü, başlangıç ve bitiş zamanı, süre, mesafe, tempo, hız, yükseklik kazancı/kaybı, tahmini kalori, yüzmede kulaç sayısı, kilometre dilimleri, koşuya verdiğiniz başlık, oyun modu ve sonucu; kalistenik antrenmanında yazdığınız hareketler, setler, yoğunluk ve bağladığınız koşu (hareketler ve setler aşağıda anlatıldığı gibi akışta da görünür, yoğunluk görünmez). Nabız bu özete girmez.
• Rota: koşunun sadeleştirilmiş izi tek bir çizgi olarak saklanır. Takip listeleri, canlı koşu ve etkinlik uçlarının hiçbiri rota verisine bakmaz; rotayı yalnızca akış, yalnızca koşuyu görebilen kişilere gösterir. Dışarıda kaydedilen yeni bir koşuda Rotayı paylaş açık gelir (5 Kasım 2026'dan beri; özel koşuda hiç açılmaz) ve koşunun özet ekranında ya da sonradan tek dokunuşla kapatılır; kapattığınızda iz ve harita görseli sunucudan kaldırılır. Açıkken akış o koşunun izini olduğu gibi, başladığınız ve bitirdiğiniz yer dâhil gösterir (uygulamanın 25 Ekim 2026'dan önceki sürümleriyle paylaşılmış koşularda başlangıç ve bitiş noktalarının 200 metre çevresi çıkarılmış kalır). Varsayılan görünüm hibrit harita üstünde kendini çizen izdir; özet ekranında başka bir harita türü ya da altlıksız çizgi seçebilirsiniz. Harita seçiliyken iz telefonunuzda o haritanın üstüne çizilir ve ortaya çıkan görüntü fotoğraf gibi sunucumuza yüklenir; akışta görünen o görüntüdür. Rota yine Mapbox'a gönderilmez (bkz. Harita). Herkese açık koşularınız ayrıca, aşağıda anlatıldığı gibi, adınız olmadan genel ısı haritasına katkı verir; orada sizin rotanız değil, birçok kişinin birleşmiş izi görünür.
• Genel ısı haritası (uygulamada Isı haritası → Herkes): görünürlüğünü herkes seçtiğiniz, açık havada koşulmuş ve bitmiş koşuların izi sunucuda bütün kullanıcıların izleriyle birleştirilir. Her izin başlangıç ve bitişinin 200 metre çevresi (iz koşunun ortasında oradan geçiyorsa orası da) çıkarılır. Harita yaklaşık 18 metrelik karelere bölünür ve bir kare ancak oradan en az 3 farklı kişinin koşusu geçtiyse gösterilir. Haritada kimin, hangi koşunun ya da ne zaman geçtiği yoktur; yalnızca bir karenin ne kadar koşulduğu (yoğunluk) görünür ve kimin nereden geçtiği sunucuda da saklanmaz. Yürüyüş, doğa yürüyüşü ve bisiklet için aynı kurallarla ayrı haritalar kurulur. Harita birkaç saatte bir baştan kurulur: bir koşuyu özele çektiğinizde, sildiğinizde ya da Ayarlar → Hesap → Genel ısı haritasına katkı anahtarını kapattığınızda koşularınız bir sonraki kurulumda haritadan çıkar. Anahtar varsayılan olarak açıktır; özel ve yalnızca arkadaşlara açık koşular hiçbir durumda girmez.
• Sosyal: kimi takip ettiğiniz ve sizi kimin takip ettiği (birbirini takip edenler arkadaştır), verdiğiniz alkışlar, koşulara yazdığınız yorumlar ve etkinlik davetleri (kim, kimi, hangi etkinliğe çağırdı). Birini adıyla aratarak, e-posta adresiyle ya da profilinden takip edersiniz; e-posta yalnızca eşleştirme için kullanılır. Yorumu, koşuyu görebilen herkes görür; gönderinin sahibi ve yazan silebilir. Etkinliklerin altına yazdığınız soruları ve cevapları herkese açık etkinlikte (kulübün herkese açık etkinliği dâhil) bütün kullanıcılar, kulübün yalnızca üyelere açık etkinliğinde yalnızca o kulübün üyeleri görür; yazan ve etkinliği düzenleyen silebilir.
• Mil puanı ve sıralama: sunucudaki bitmiş koşu, yürüyüş ve doğa yürüyüşlerinizden bir puan hesaplanır (her 100 metre 1 mil; bisiklet, kürek, yüzme, sörf ve buz pateni puan getirmez). Dünya sıralamasında adınız, profil fotoğrafınız ve puanınız diğer kullanıcılara görünür; koşularınız ve rotanız görünmez. Plaketler: toplam mil puanınız bir plaketin eşiğine (örneğin 100.000 mil) ulaştığında o plaketi kazanırsınız; kazandığınız plaket (adı ve eşiği) profilinizde görünür. Plaketi göndermek için size hesabınızdaki e-posta adresinden yazarız; posta adresinizi uygulama hiçbir zaman istemez ve saklamaz, yalnızca o yazışmada siz verirseniz plaketi göndermek için kullanılır.
• Canlı koşu ve etkinlik: koşu sürerken mesafe, süre ve tempo bilgisi diğer katılımcılara canlı gösterilir. Akışta bir canlı koşu ya da etkinlik tek kartla görünür: başlatan kişinin koşusu ve kaç kişinin katıldığı; kartın ayrıntısında yalnızca koşusunu paylaşan katılımcıların adı ve profil fotoğrafı listelenir, koşusunu özel tutanınki listelenmez. Konumunuz paylaşılmaz. Bir etkinliğin buluşma noktası ve koşulacak rotası ise etkinliği açan kişinin haritadan seçip bilerek duyurduğu bilgidir; etkinliği görebilen herkese görünür ve kimsenin koşusundan türetilmez.
• Topluluklar (koşu kulüpleri): bir topluluğa başvurduğunuzda başvurunuz ve yazdığınız not saklanır; bunları yalnızca o topluluğun yöneticileri ve Zoddrun adminleri görür. Davet edildiğinizde siz kabul etmeden üye olmazsınız. Üye olduğunuzda topluluğun logosu adınızın yanında rozet olarak akışta ve profilinizde görünür; üye listesini ve topluluk içi paylaşımları yalnızca o topluluğun üyeleri görür. Topluluğa bir koşunuzu paylaştığınızda (yalnızca arkadaşlara ya da herkese açık koşular paylaşılabilir; özel koşu paylaşılamaz) o koşu, akıştaki hâliyle, topluluğun üyelerine topluluk sayfasında ve akışlarında topluluğun rozetiyle görünür; üyeler arkadaşınız olmasa da onu alkışlayabilir ve yorum yazabilir. Rotanız yalnızca o koşuda Rotayı paylaş açıksa görünür. Paylaşımı sildiğinizde ya da koşuyu özele aldığınızda bu son bulur. Topluluktan istediğiniz zaman ayrılabilirsiniz; topluluk yöneticisi paylaşımınızı silebilir ve sizi topluluktan çıkarabilir.
• Topluluk koşu odaları: bir koşu odası açtığınızda odanın başlığı, haritadan seçtiğiniz buluşma noktası ve saati o topluluğun üyelerine görünür ve üyelere bildirim gider (bildirimde yer yazmaz). Odaya katılanların adı odada görünür. Odanın sohbeti sunucuda saklanır ve yalnızca odaya katılanlar okur. Oda kapandıktan bir hafta sonra oda, katılım listesi ve sohbet sunucudan silinir. Konumunuz odada da paylaşılmaz: görünen, sizin seçtiğiniz buluşma noktasıdır.
• Fotoğraf: yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz fotoğraf yüklenir: profil fotoğrafı, koşuya ya da topluluk paylaşımına eklediğiniz fotoğraf ya da (admin iseniz) etkinlik kapağı, topluluk logosu ve topluluk kapağı. Fotoğraf kütüphaneniz taranmaz. Telefonun fotoğrafa yazdığı konum, cihaz modeli ve çekim bilgisi (EXIF) sunucuda saklanmadan önce silinir; yalnızca fotoğrafın doğru yönde görünmesi için gereken yön bilgisi kalır. Koşu fotoğrafı koşunun görünürlüğünü izler; profil fotoğrafınız sizi görebilen herkese (akış, yorumlar, sıralama, etkinlik ve canlı koşu listeleri) görünür. Fotoğrafı değiştirdiğinizde ya da koşuyu sildiğinizde eski fotoğraf sunucudan silinir.
• Anlık bildirimler: uygulama bildirimleri bir kez sorar; kabul eder ve telefonun bildirim iznini verirseniz (Ayarlar → Bildirimler'den istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz) cihazınızın bildirim adresi (APNs/FCM jetonu), platformu ve dili saklanır ve yalnızca yeni takipçi, alkış, yorum, etkinlik daveti, etkinlik sorusu ve cevabı, gerçek takip daveti, topluluk daveti/başvurusu, topluluktaki koşu odaları ve Fetih'te parselinizin el değiştirmesini bildirmek için kullanılır (Apple/Google üzerinden). Bildirim metninde yalnızca ad (ve davette etkinliğin ya da topluluğun adı) bulunur; yorumun, sorunun ve başvuru notunun metni bildirime yazılmaz. Çıkış yaptığınızda ya da hesabı sildiğinizde jeton silinir.
• Bildirim kutusu: size gelen bildirimler (kim, ne yaptı, ne zaman ve okuyup okumadığınız) anlık bildirimler kapalı olsa da sunucuda saklanır ve yalnızca size, Profil'deki bildirim kutusunda görünür. Yorumun, sorunun ve başvuru notunun metni burada da saklanmaz. Bildirimler 90 gün sonra silinir; engellediğiniz kişinin bildirimleri gösterilmez.
• Fetih (alan oyunu, yalnızca o modu seçtiğinizde): bir koşuyu Fetih modunda bitirdiğinizde koşunun doğrulanmış izi sunucuya gönderilir: konum noktaları, hareket süresi, mesafe, adım kadansı ve işletim sisteminin hareket sınıfı (yürüyor / koşuyor / bisiklet / taşıt). Sunucu bu izden kapanan çemberleri hesaplar, koşunun gerçekten koşarak yapıldığını doğrular ve çevrelenen alanı adınızla bir parsel olarak kaydeder. Parseller (sınırı, alanı, sahibinin adı ve profil fotoğrafı) Fetih haritasında herkese görünür; modu seçmek bunu kabul etmektir. Parselin sınırı koşunuzun rotasıdır ve başlangıç/bitiş noktanızı da içerebilir: evinizin çevresinde bir çember kapatmak istemiyorsanız Fetih koşusuna başka bir yerden başlayın ya da başka bir mod seçin. İzin kendisi haritada gösterilmez; itirazları çözebilmek için koşudan sonra 90 gün saklanır, sonra silinir. Koşuyu sildiğinizde parsel haritadan hemen kalkar; sınırı ve izi en geç 90 gün sonra silinir. Parsel, siz ya da bir başkası onu bütünüyle içine alan bir çember koşana kadar haritada kalır; zamanla silinmez. Başka biri parselinizi çemberinin içine aldığında bu olay (kim, ne kadar alan, ne zaman) kaydedilir ve bildirimler açıksa size bildirilir; kimin ne zaman nerede koştuğu bildirime yazılmaz.
• Gerçek takip (yalnızca arkadaşlarla, açık rızayla): bir takip davetini kabul ettiğinizde oyun sürerken konumunuz yalnızca o arkadaşınıza iletilir. Lobide konum değil yalnızca aranızdaki mesafe görünür. Konum sunucuda yalnızca oyun sürerken bellekte tutulur, diske ya da kayıtlara yazılmaz; oyun bitince silinir ve paylaşım durur. Oyunun kaydında yalnızca kimlerin oynadığı, zamanı ve nasıl bittiği (ör. "12:40'ta yetişti", "aradaki mesafe 180 m") saklanır.
• Hata raporları: uygulama beklenmedik bir hatayla karşılaştığında (örneğin bir ekran açılamadığında) hatanın metni ve teknik izi, hangi ekranda olduğu, uygulamanın sürümü, telefonun işletim sistemi ve sürümü yalnızca kendi sunucumuza gönderilir; üçüncü taraf bir çökme ya da analitik servisi kullanılmaz. Rapor konum, koşu ya da fotoğraf içermez; oturum açıksanız hesabınıza bağlanır ki size geri dönebilelim. Raporlar 90 gün sonra silinir.

Abonelik (Zoddrun Premium)

Zoddrun Premium aylık ya da yıllık bir aboneliktir ve ödemeyi uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağaza alır: iPhone'da Apple (App Store), Android'de Google (Google Play). Kart numaranızı, son kullanma tarihinizi, fatura adresinizi ya da başka bir ödeme bilgisini hiç görmüyoruz; bunlar mağaza ile sizin aranızda kalır ve bizim sunucumuza ulaşmaz. Abonelik satışa sunulana kadar bu bölümde anlatılan hiçbir veri oluşmaz.

Sunucuda aboneliğin yalnız durumu ve destek için kısa bir işlem kaydı saklanır:

• mağaza doğrulaması ve bildirimlerinin kaydı (işlem ve hesap kimliği, ürün, sonuç), sorun çözmek için 180 gün durur ve silinir,
• mağazanın verdiği işlem kimliği (Google Play'de satın alma jetonu) ve aboneliğin planı (aylık, yıllık),
• mağazanın bildirdiği satın alma tarihi ve dönemin bitiş tarihi,
• aboneliğin yenilenip yenilenmeyeceği, ödeme sorunu yüzünden ek sürede olup olmadığı ve iade edilip edilmediği.

Bu bilgiler mağazanın imzaladığı işlemden ve Apple'ın ya da Google'ın sunucumuza gönderdiği abonelik bildirimlerinden gelir; hakkın hangi hesaba ait olduğunu ve ne zaman bittiğini bilmek için gerekir. Satın alırken mağazaya hesabınızın kimliğini (rastgele bir sayı dizisi, e-posta değil) veririz ki abonelik yenilendiğinde doğru hesaba işlensin. Hiçbiri bir ödeme aracısı ya da analitik aracıyla paylaşılmaz; uygulama üçüncü taraf izleme aracı kullanmamaya devam eder.

Şikayetler ve engellemeler

Bir kişiyi ya da içeriği şikayet ettiğinizde sunucuda şunlar saklanır: kimin kimi şikayet ettiği, sebep, yazdığınız açıklama ve şikayet edilen içeriğin o anki kopyası (koşu başlığı ve notu, yorumun metni, kişi şikayetinde ad ve profil fotoğrafı; lobi sohbeti sunucuda saklanmadığı için şikayet ettiğiniz mesajın metni). Bu kayıtlar yalnızca inceleme ve yaptırım için kullanılır; kimin şikayet ettiği şikayet edilen kişiye gösterilmez. Engellediğiniz kişilerin listesi de sunucuda durur; engeli kaldırınca silinir.

Kim neyi görür

• E-posta adresiniz başka kullanıcılara gösterilmez. Akışta ve takip listelerinde yalnızca adınız (ad vermediyseniz e-postanızın "@" işaretinden önceki kısmı) görünür.
• Hesabı olan kullanıcılar sizi bu adla aratıp bulabilir; aramada adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız görünür, e-postanız görünmez. Engellediğiniz ve sizi engelleyen kişi sizi aramada bulamaz.
• Birini takip etmek onay istemez ve yalnızca onun herkese açık koşularını takip akışınıza getirir. Arkadaşlarım görünürlüğündeki koşularınızı yalnızca arkadaşlarınız, yani sizin de takip ettiğiniz ve sizi takip eden kişiler görür. Kimin sizi takip ettiğini takip ekranında görür, istediğinizi takipçilerinizden çıkarabilirsiniz; takip listeleriniz başka kullanıcılara gösterilmez.
• Her koşunun görünürlüğünü siz seçersiniz: yalnızca ben, arkadaşlarım ya da herkes. Varsayılan "arkadaşlarım"dır.
• Uygulamaya hesap açmadan misafir olarak bakanlar yalnızca okur ve şunları görür: görünürlüğü herkes olan koşular (alkışlayanları ve yorumlarıyla), etkinlikler ve katılımcıları, toplulukların adı, açıklaması, üye sayısı ve etkinlikleri. Arkadaşlara açık ve özel koşular, topluluk içi paylaşımlar, koşu odaları ve üye listeleri misafire gösterilmez.
• Görünürlük ne olursa olsun paylaşılan şey mesafe, süre, tempo, tırmanış (yükseklik kazancı), başlık, not, fotoğraf ve oyun sonucudur; kalistenik antrenmanında ayrıca yazdığınız hareketler ve setleri, antrenmanın kalorisi ve bağladığınız koşunun mesafesi, süresi ve kalorisi. O koşunun rotası yalnızca o koşuda Rotayı paylaş açıksa ve yalnızca koşunun kendisini de görebilen kişilere gider, koşunun akıştaki izinin aynısı olarak. Nabız hiçbir zaman paylaşılmaz. Rota yalnızca o koşuda Rotayı paylaş açıksa (yeni koşuda açık gelir, kapatılabilir), koşuyu görebilen kişilere, başladığınız ve bitirdiğiniz yer dâhil olduğu gibi görünür (eski sürümlerle paylaşılmış koşularda başlangıç ve bitişin 200 metre çevresi çıkarılmış kalır) — seçtiğiniz harita türüne göre çizgi olarak ya da telefonunuzda üretilen bir harita görüntüsü olarak. Anahtarı kapattığınızda rota ve görüntü akıştan kalkar.
• Herkese açık koşularınız genel ısı haritasında adsız olarak, yalnızca en az 3 farklı kişinin geçtiği yerlerde ve başlangıç ile bitişin 200 metre çevresi çıkarılmış olarak yoğunluğa katkı verir; harita kişiyi, koşuyu ya da zamanı göstermez.
• Gerçek takipte konumunuzu yalnızca oyun sürerken, yalnızca davetini kabul ettiğiniz arkadaş görür.
• Fetih parselleriniz (sınırı, alanı, adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız) Fetih haritasında ve alan sıralamasında herkese görünür; bu, o modu seçmenin sonucudur. Fetih koşmazsanız haritada hiçbir şeyiniz görünmez.
• Profil sayfanızda adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, mil puanınız ve bakan kişinin görebildiği koşularınız görünür. Premium aboneyseniz adınızın yanında premium işareti görünür.

Verinizi silmek

Uygulamanın içinden hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi koşularınızı, rotalarınızı, kilometre dilimlerinizi, alkışlarınızı, yorumlarınızı, etkinliklere yazdığınız soruları ve cevapları, takiplerinizi ve arkadaşlıklarınızı, etkinlik davetlerinizi, etkinlik ve canlı koşu katılımlarınızı, topluluk üyeliklerinizi, başvurularınızı ve topluluk paylaşımlarınızı, açtığınız koşu odalarını, oda katılımlarınızı ve oda sohbetine yazdığınız mesajları, kazandığınız plaketleri, profil fotoğrafınızı ve yüklediğiniz fotoğrafları sunucudan kaldırır; bütün oturumlarınız kapanır. Fetih parselleriniz haritadan hemen kalkar; sınırları ve izleri itirazlar için saklanır ve en geç 90 gün sonra silinir. Genel ısı haritasındaki adsız katkınız haritanın bir sonraki kurulumunda (birkaç saat içinde) düşer. Hesap kaydı yalnızca kimliksiz bir iz olarak kalır: e-posta adresiniz ve adınız silinir.

Abonelik kaydı (işlem kimliği ve tarihleri) silinmez: aynı aboneliği yeni bir hesapta geri yükleyebilmeniz buna bağlı. O kayıtta kişisel hiçbir bilgi yok. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; ücretin alınmaya devam etmemesi için aboneliği satın aldığınız mağazadan iptal edin: iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler.

Telefonunuzdaki veriyi silmek için uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir.

Saklama ve güvenlik

Veri, Türkiye'deki bir sunucuda, uygulamanın kendi sunucusunda (api.zoddrun.com) tutulur ve bağlantı TLS ile şifrelenir. Oturum jetonları kısa ömürlüdür; yenileme jetonu veritabanında yalnızca özet (hash) olarak saklanır.

• Hesabınızdaki veriler hesabınız durdukça saklanır; tek tek sildiğiniz koşu, fotoğraf ve yorumlar hemen silinir.
• Veritabanının günlük yedeği alınır ve 14 gün saklanır (fotoğraflarınki 4 gün); sildiğiniz veri yedeklerden de en geç bu sürede düşer.
• Hata raporları ve Fetih izi 90 gün, koşu odası sohbeti oda kapandıktan sonra bir hafta saklanır (yukarıda).
• Sunucunun teknik günlükleri (istek zamanı, adresi ve sonucu) boyut sınırıyla döngüsel olarak silinir.

Çocuklar

13 yaşından küçükler hesap açamaz; hesap açarken doğum tarihinizi sorarız ve yalnızca bu sınırı denetlemek için kullanırız. Doğum tarihi sunucuya gönderilmez; profilinizde boşsa yalnızca doğum yılı, kalori ve nabız bölgesi tahmini için telefonunuzda saklanır. 18 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı veli ya da vasisinin izniyle kullanır (Kullanım Koşulları).

Veri sorumlusu, hukuki sebepler ve haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)

Bu bölüm 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 10. maddesi uyarınca aydınlatma metnidir; Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık'ta yaşayan kullanıcılar için GDPR'ın 13. maddesindeki bilgileri de verir.

Zoddrun — Privacy Policy

Zoddrun is a running app. It shows no ads, does no tracking in the app and uses no third-party analytics. The one exception is email: our delivery provider records in its own system that an email it sent was opened (see Recipients below). Everything the app collects, and where it goes, is listed below.

Data that stays on your phone

The app is offline-first: the primary database is on your device. The following is never sent to the server:

• Heart rate (from your watch, Apple Health or Health Connect, including a run's average and maximum heart rate). Heart rate is health data: it is not sent to the server and not stored there. Even if an older version of the app tries to send it, the server does not save it; heart rate values that reached the server before 20 October 2026 have been deleted.
• Raw GPS samples (including the ones the filter rejects), accuracy and speed readings.
• Optional profile figures such as weight, height and year of birth — used only to estimate calories and to format units.
• Now-playing music information; it is only displayed on screen.
• Apple Health / Health Connect: with your permission finished runs are written as workouts. The app reads your health data only when you ask for it: Fill profile reads your weight, height and date of birth and writes them only into EMPTY profile fields (only the year of birth is kept); these stay on the phone. Import runs reads running workouts from the past year (distance, duration and, if present, route, heart rate and calories); an imported run is saved in your history like your own runs and, if you have an account, synced like your other runs; its heart rate stays on the phone. In a calisthenics workout, Get health data reads the heart rate during the workout's hours and the energy of a workout your watch recorded at that time; heart rate stays on the phone, the energy is saved as the workout's calories.
• The Mine view of the heatmap (how densely your runs cover each street) is computed on the phone and is not sent anywhere. The Everyone view is built on the server; see Everyone's heatmap below.
• When you run with your watch alone, the raw location, heart rate and energy burned it records are transferred only to your own phone, where the run is saved like any other. When you run with your phone, the watch likewise sends heart rate and energy burned only to your phone. The watch reads these from its own workout session and writes nothing to Health; calories are the watch's figure when it measured one, otherwise an estimate from your weight.

Maps

• Map images are loaded from Mapbox. Mapbox sees the map area being displayed and the connection's IP address; your runs and routes are not sent to Mapbox. Mapbox usage telemetry is turned off in the app.
• When you download an offline map, the map data for that area (a 10–16 km square around your latest run or where you are) is requested from Mapbox, so Mapbox sees which area was downloaded. Your runs are not sent. The downloaded data stays on the phone and can be deleted in the app.

Data sent to the server

• Last seen and app version: when you sign in and when your session is renewed, the last seen time, the platform (iOS or Android) and the app version are stored on your account. They are used for support, to direct old versions to update and to see how many people use which version; they are deleted with your account.
• Account: your email address and display name if you set one. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), never in clear text. When you create an account or forget your password, a 6-digit code is emailed to you; the server keeps only a hash of it for 15 minutes and deletes it once used. Security and moderation notices about your account also go to this address: when your password changes, when the account is deleted, when your sessions are signed out, when a piece of your content is removed or when your account is suspended (with the reason). They are not marketing emails and cannot be turned off; to appeal, just reply to the email.
• Run summary: sport, start and end time, duration, distance, pace, speed, elevation gain/loss, estimated calories, stroke count for swims, kilometre splits, the title you gave the run, game mode and result; for a calisthenics workout, the exercises, sets, intensity and linked run you entered (exercises and sets also appear in the feed as described below, intensity does not). Heart rate is not part of it.
• Route: a simplified trace of the run is stored as a single line. No friend, live-run or event endpoint reads route data; only the feed shows a route, and only to people who can see the run. For a new outdoor run Share route is on by default (since 5 November 2026; never for a private run) and can be turned off on the run's summary screen or later with one tap; turning it off removes the trace and map image from the server. While it is on, the feed shows that run's trace as it is, including where you started and finished (runs shared with app versions from before 25 October 2026 keep the 200 metres around the start and finish removed). The default look is the trace drawing itself over a hybrid map; on the summary screen you can pick another map type or a bare line. With a map selected, the trace is drawn on your phone on top of that map and the resulting image is uploaded to our server like a photo; that image is what the feed shows. The route itself is still not sent to Mapbox (see Maps). Your public runs also contribute, without your name, to everyone's heatmap as described below; what shows there is not your route but many people's traces merged together.
• Everyone's heatmap (in the app: Heatmap → Everyone): the traces of finished outdoor runs whose visibility you set to everyone are merged on the server with every other user's traces. The 200 metres around the start and finish of each trace are removed (including where the trace passes there in the middle of the run). The map is divided into squares of about 18 metres, and a square is shown only if runs of at least 3 different people passed through it. The map shows no one's name, no run and no time — only how much a square has been run (density) — and who passed where is not stored on the server either. Separate maps for walking, hiking and cycling are built with the same rules. The map is rebuilt from scratch every few hours: when you make a run private, delete it or turn off Settings → Account → Contribute to everyone's heatmap, your runs leave the map at the next rebuild. The switch is on by default; private and friends-only runs are never included.
• Social: who you follow and who follows you (people who follow each other are friends), kudos you give, comments you write on runs and event invites (who invited whom to which event). You follow someone by searching their name, by email address or from their profile; the email is used only for matching. A comment is visible to anyone who can see the run; the run's owner and the author can delete it. Questions and replies you write under an event are visible to every user on a public event (including a club's public event) and only to that club's members on a club's members-only event; the author and the event's organisers can delete them.
• Mile points and leaderboard: a score is computed from your finished runs, walks and hikes on the server (1 point per 100 metres; cycling, rowing, swimming, surfing and ice skating earn none). On the world leaderboard other users see your name, profile photo and points — never your runs or route. Plaques: when your total mile points reach a plaque's milestone (for example 100,000 miles) you earn that plaque, and a plaque you earn (its name and milestone) appears on your profile. To send it we write to you at your account email address; the app never asks for or stores your postal address — it is used only to send the plaque, and only if you give it in that email exchange.
• Live runs and events: while a run is running your distance, elapsed time and pace are shown live to the other participants. In the feed a live run or event appears as a single card: the organiser's run and how many people joined; the card's detail lists the name and profile photo of participants who shared their run only, never of those who kept it private. Your location is not shared. An event's meeting point and route are chosen on a map and announced on purpose by whoever organises it; anyone who can see the event sees them, and they are never derived from anyone's run.
• Communities (running clubs): when you ask to join a community, your request and the note you write are stored; only that community's admins and Zoddrun admins see them. If you are invited, you do not become a member until you accept. As a member, the community's logo appears as a badge next to your name in the feed and on your profile; only members see the member list and posts inside the community. When you share one of your runs with a community (only runs open to friends or everyone can be shared; private runs cannot), that run, as it appears in the feed, is visible to the community's members on the community page and in their feed with the community's badge; members can clap and comment even if they are not your friends. Your route is shown only if you shared the route for that run. This ends when you delete the post or make the run private. You can leave at any time; a community admin can delete your posts and remove you from the community.
• Community run rooms: when you open a run room, its title, the meeting point you pick on the map and the time are visible to that community's members, and members are notified (the notification does not include the place). The names of people who join are shown in the room. The room chat is stored on the server and only people who joined the room can read it. One week after the room closes the room, its participant list and its chat are deleted from the server. Your location is not shared in rooms either: what is shown is the meeting point you chose.
• Photos: only a photo you pick is uploaded: your profile photo, a photo you add to a run or a community post or (if you are an admin) an event cover, a community logo and a community cover. Your photo library is not scanned. The location, device model and capture details your phone writes into a photo (EXIF) are removed before it is stored; only the orientation needed to show it the right way up is kept. A run photo follows the run's visibility; your profile photo is visible to anyone who can see you (feed, comments, leaderboard, event and race lists). When you change the photo or delete the run, the old photo is deleted from the server.
• Push notifications: the app asks once; if you accept and allow notifications on your phone (you can turn them off any time under Settings → Notifications), your device's notification address (APNs/FCM token), platform and language are stored and used only to tell you about new followers, kudos, comments, event invites, event questions and replies, chase invites, community invites/requests, run rooms in your communities and a Conquest parcel of yours changing hands (delivered via Apple/Google). Notification text contains only a name (and, for an invite, the event's or community's name); the text of a comment, a question or a join request is never put in a notification. The token is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
• Notification inbox: the notifications you receive (who did what, when, and whether you have read it) are stored on the server even if push notifications are off, and are shown only to you, in the notification inbox on your Profile. The text of a comment, a question or a join request is not stored there either. Notifications are deleted after 90 days; notifications from someone you have blocked are not shown.
• Conquest (land game, only when you pick that mode): when you finish a run in Conquest mode, the run's verified track is sent to the server: location points, moving time, distance, step cadence and the operating system's motion class (walking / running / cycling / in a vehicle). The server computes the loops you closed, checks that the run was actually run on foot and records the enclosed land as a parcel under your name. Parcels (their outline, area, the owner's name and profile photo) are visible to everyone on the Conquest map; picking the mode is your consent to that. A parcel's outline is your run's route and may include where you started and finished: if you do not want a loop around your home, start a Conquest run somewhere else or pick another mode. The track itself is not shown on the map; it is kept for 90 days after the run so disputes can be settled, then deleted. When you delete the run, the parcel leaves the map at once; its outline and track are deleted within 90 days. A parcel stays on the map until you or someone else runs a loop that encloses all of it; it does not expire. When someone else encloses your parcel, that event (who, how much land, when) is recorded and, if notifications are on, you are told; who ran where and when is never put in a notification.
• Real chase (friends only, explicit consent): when you accept a chase invite, your location is relayed only to that friend while the game runs. In the lobby only the distance between you is shown, not your location. On the server the location lives in memory only while the game runs and is never written to disk or logs; it is deleted when the game ends and sharing stops. The game record keeps only who played, when, and how it ended (e.g. "caught up after 12:40", "180 m apart").
• Error reports: when the app hits an unexpected error (for example a screen that fails to open), the error text and its technical trace, which screen it was on, the app version and your phone's operating system and version are sent only to our own server; no third-party crash or analytics service is used. A report never contains location, runs or photos; if you are signed in it is tied to your account so we can get back to you. Reports are deleted after 90 days.

Subscription (Zoddrun Premium)

Zoddrun Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription and the payment is taken by the store you installed the app from: Apple (App Store) on iPhone, Google (Google Play) on Android. We never see your card number, expiry date, billing address or any other payment detail; those stay between you and the store and never reach our server. Until subscriptions go on sale, none of the data described in this section exists.

The server stores only the state of the subscription and a short log for support:

• a log of store verifications and notifications (transaction and account id, product, result), kept for 180 days to solve problems and then deleted,
• the transaction id the store issued (on Google Play, the purchase token) and the plan (monthly, yearly),
• the purchase date and the end of the current period as the store reports them,
• whether it will renew, whether it is in a billing grace period and whether it was refunded.

This comes from the transaction the store signs and from the subscription notifications Apple or Google send to our server; it tells us which account holds the entitlement and when it ends. When you subscribe we give the store your account id (a random identifier, not your email) so a renewal is credited to the right account. None of it is shared with a payment processor or an analytics tool; the app still uses no third-party tracking.

Reports and blocks

When you report a person or content, the server stores who reported whom, the reason, any details you wrote and a copy of the reported content as it was at the time (run title and note, the comment's text, a person's name and profile photo; for lobby chat, which is not stored on the server, the text of the message you reported). These records are used only for review and enforcement; the reported person is never shown who reported them. The list of people you have blocked is also stored on the server and removed when you unblock.

Who sees what

• Your email address is not shown to other users. The feed and follow lists show your name, or the part of your email before the "@" if you have not set one.
• Users with an account can find you by searching that name; search shows your name and profile photo, never your email. People you have blocked, and people who blocked you, cannot find you in search.
• Following someone needs no approval and only brings their runs set to everyone into your following feed. Your runs set to friends are seen only by your friends: people you follow who also follow you. You see who follows you on the follow screen and can remove any follower; your follow lists are not shown to other users.
• You choose each run's visibility: only me, friends or everyone. The default is friends.
• People browsing the app as a guest, without an account, can only read, and they see: runs set to everyone (with their applause and comments), events and their participants, and each community's name, description, member count and events. Friends-only and private runs, community posts, run rooms and member lists are never shown to guests.
• Whatever the visibility, what is shared is distance, time, pace, elevation gain, title, note, photo and game result; for a calisthenics workout also the exercises and sets you entered, the workout's calories and the distance, time and calories of the run you linked. That run's route goes along only if Share route is on for it, and only to people who can see the run itself, as the same trace the run shows in the feed. Heart rate is never shared. The route is shown only if Share route is on for that run (on by default for a new run, can be turned off), to the people who can see the run, as it is, including where you started and finished (runs shared with older app versions keep the 200 metres around the start and finish removed) — as a bare line or, if you picked a map type, as a map image rendered on your phone. Turning the switch off takes the route and the image out of the feed.
• Your public runs add to the density of everyone's heatmap without your name, only where at least 3 different people passed and with the 200 metres around the start and finish removed; the map shows no person, run or time.
• In a real chase your location is seen only by the friend whose invite you accepted, and only while the game runs.
• Your Conquest parcels (outline, area, your name and profile photo) are visible to everyone on the Conquest map and in the land ranking; that follows from picking the mode. If you never run Conquest, nothing of yours appears on that map.
• Your profile page shows your name, profile photo, mile points and the runs the viewer is allowed to see. If you subscribe to Premium, a premium mark appears next to your name.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from inside the app. Deletion removes your runs, routes, splits, kudos, comments, event questions and replies, follows and friendships, event invites, event and race participation, community memberships, join requests and community posts, run rooms you opened, your room participation and room chat messages, plaques you won, your profile photo and uploaded photos from the server, and signs out every session. Your Conquest parcels leave the map at once; their outlines and tracks are kept for disputes and deleted within 90 days. Your anonymous contribution to everyone's heatmap drops out at the map's next rebuild (within a few hours). The account row survives only as an anonymised marker: your email address and name are erased.

The subscription record (transaction id and dates) is kept: restoring the same subscription on a new account depends on it. It contains no personal information. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription; cancel it in the store you bought it from (iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you are not charged again.

To remove the data on your phone, uninstall the app.

Storage and security

Data is kept on the app's own server (api.zoddrun.com), located in Türkiye, and connections are encrypted with TLS. Session tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are stored only as a hash.

• Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists; runs, photos and comments you delete one by one are deleted right away.
• The database is backed up daily and backups are kept for 14 days (photos: 4 days); data you delete drops out of the backups within that time.
• Error reports and Conquest traces are kept for 90 days, run room chat for one week after the room closes (see above).
• The server's technical logs (request time, path and result) are rotated away under a size limit.

Children

Children under 13 may not create an account; we ask for your date of birth when you sign up and use it only to check this limit. The date is not sent to the server; if your profile has no year of birth yet, only the year is kept on your phone for calorie and heart-rate-zone estimates. Users under 18 use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian (Terms of Use).

Controller, legal bases and your rights (KVKK and GDPR)

This section is the privacy notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and gives the information in Article 13 of the GDPR for users in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

• How data is collected: electronically, through the app: what you enter, the device sensors you allow (location, motion), Apple Health / Health Connect if you allow it, and the subscription information App Store / Google Play give us for purchases.
• Legal bases:
  • Your account, backing up and syncing your runs across devices, following and friends, the feed, clubs, events, live runs, Conquest, rankings, notifications and running your subscription: performance of our contract with you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Sharing your location with a friend in real chase: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You withdraw it at any time by declining the invite or ending the game.
  • Error reports, security, preventing abuse and cheating, reviewing reports and the anonymous everyone heatmap: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). You can turn off your heatmap contribution in Settings.
  • Requests from competent authorities and statutory retention: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Special categories of data: none are processed on the server. Heart rate, weight, height and year of birth stay on your phone.
• Recipients: our hosting provider in Türkiye (server and backups); our email delivery service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France; delivering verification code and account notice emails. Brevo records in its own system that an email was opened; we do not use that record for analysis or marketing); Apple and Google (delivering push notifications, App Store / Google Play purchases and subscription notifications); Mapbox Inc. (map images: the connection's IP address and the map area shown); public authorities where the law requires it. Your data is not sold and not shared with anyone for advertising or marketing.
• International transfers: Apple, Google, Mapbox and Brevo operate abroad (mainly in the USA and the EU). When the app connects to them, your device's IP address, the push notification token and purchase information reach those services; verification code and account notice emails (your email address and the code or the notice text) are sent through Brevo. Your runs, routes and the rest of your account data are not transferred abroad.
• Automated checks: the server automatically validates Conquest loops and live run progress and does not count physically impossible values. You can contest the outcome by email; a person reviews it.
• Your rights under KVKK Art. 11: to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, to have it corrected if incomplete or wrong, to have it erased or destroyed under KVKK Art. 7 and those third parties notified, to object to an outcome against you that results exclusively from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
• Your rights under the GDPR (EU/UK): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawing consent at any time.
• Requests: write to the postal address above or email the address under Contact from the email address registered on your account. We answer free of charge within 30 days. You can also delete your account and data yourself in the app.
• Complaints: you can apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr); if you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
