Koşuya başlamadan önce telefonun birkaç saniye açık gökyüzü görmesini bekleyin: ilk konum düzeltmesi gelmeden başlayan koşuda ilk metreler eksik kalır. Ayarlar → Batarya tasarrufu açıksa GPS daha seyrek okunur; hassas ölçüm için kapatın.
Bisiklet sürüşünü koşu olarak kaydetmeyin: adımsız ve hızlı hareket taşıt sayılır ve mesafeye girmez. Ana sayfanın altındaki Diğer sporlar'dan Bisiklet'i seçin. Koşu, yürüyüş ve doğa yürüyüşünde araçla gidilen yol ve sahte konum sayılmaz; koşu ekranı bunu o anda söyler.
İç mekân koşusu adım sayacıyla ölçülür ve adım uzunluğu bir tahmindir. Koşu özetinde … menüsünden bandın yazdığı mesafeyi girerek koşuyu yeniden ölçekleyebilirsiniz; ham ölçüm korunur, işlem geri alınabilir.
Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Hesabınız ve sunucudaki bütün veriniz kalıcı olarak silinir; telefonunuzdaki koşular sizde kalır.
Ayarlar → Premium → Satın alımları geri yükle düğmesine basın. Abonelik App Store'da Apple kimliğinize, Google Play'de Google hesabınıza bağlıdır; telefon değiştirdiyseniz de aynı düğme yeterlidir. Bir mağazadan alınan abonelik aynı Zoddrun hesabıyla öteki platformda da açılır.
Akışta koşunun sağ üstündeki ⋯ düğmesi, Arkadaşlar ekranında kişinin yanındaki ⋯ ya da canlı koşu lobisinde mesaja basılı tutmak: Şikayet et ve Engelle. Engellediklerinizi Ayarlar → Engellenen kullanıcılar bölümünden görür, engeli oradan kaldırırsınız. Acil bir güvenlik sorununda bize aşağıdaki adresten yazın.
iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler → Zoddrun, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Zoddrun, ya da uygulamada Ayarlar → Premium → Aboneliği yönet. İptal dönem sonunda geçerli olur; premium o güne kadar açık kalır. Hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
Ödemeyi mağaza tahsil ediyor, iade de mağazadan isteniyor: App Store'da reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play'de Google Play'in iade politikası. Biz iade veremiyoruz. Mağaza iadeyi onaylarsa premium yetkisi geri alınır.

Give the phone a few seconds of open sky before starting: a run that begins before the first GPS fix loses its first metres. If Battery saver is on in Settings, GPS is read less often; turn it off when you need precision.
Do not record a bike ride as a run: fast movement without steps is treated as a vehicle and not counted. Choose Ride under Other sports at the bottom of the home screen. In running, walking and hiking, travel in a vehicle and spoofed locations are not counted; the run screen tells you when it happens.
Indoor runs are measured with the step counter and stride length is an estimate. In the run summary, use the … menu to enter the distance shown on the treadmill; the raw measurement is kept and the correction can be redone.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and all server-side data are permanently deleted; the runs on your phone stay with you.
Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. The subscription belongs to your Apple ID on the App Store or to your Google account on Google Play, so the same button also works after changing phones. A subscription bought in one store also unlocks premium on the other platform with the same Zoddrun account.
Use the ⋯ button at the top right of a run in the feed, the ⋯ next to a person on the Friends screen, or press and hold a message in the live run lobby: Report and Block. You can see and unblock the people you've blocked in Settings → Blocked users. For an urgent safety issue, write to us at the address below.
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zoddrun; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zoddrun; or in the app: Settings → Premium → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and premium stays on until then. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
The store takes the payment and handles refunds: on the App Store reportaproblem.apple.com, on Google Play the Google Play refund policy. We cannot issue refunds. If the store grants one, the premium entitlement is withdrawn.
Open the Zoddrun app on the watch and grant the Health permission. Heart rate is read while the watch app runs; the phone keeps measuring the run.
