Hizmet

Zoddrun koşunuzu ölçen ve onu oyuna çeviren bir uygulamadır. Uygulama çevrimdışı çalışır; sunucu bir yedek ve aktarım katmanıdır. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur, kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

Sağlık uyarısı

Zoddrun bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Mesafe, tempo, nabız ve kalori değerleri tahminidir; cihazın ve GPS'in doğruluğuna bağlıdır. Egzersize başlamadan önce sağlığınızdan emin olun ve gerekirse bir hekime danışın. Koşarken çevrenize dikkat edin: ekrana bakmak trafiği ya da zemini göremediğiniz anlamına gelir.

Hesabınız

• Verdiğiniz e-posta adresinin size ait olması gerekir.
• Parolanızı korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
• Hesabınızı uygulamanın içinden istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
• 13 yaşından küçükler hesap açamaz. 18 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı veli ya da vasisinin izniyle kullanır.

Paylaştığınız içerik

Koşu başlığı, yorumlar, profil ve koşu fotoğrafları gibi içerikler size aittir; yüklediğiniz fotoğrafı yükleme hakkına sahip olduğunuzu kabul edersiniz. Başkalarını rahatsız eden, yasa dışı ya da hak ihlali oluşturan içerik kaldırılabilir.

Paylaştığınız içeriği yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için saklamamıza, yedeklememize ve sizin seçtiğiniz kişilere göstermemize ücretsiz ve münhasır olmayan bir izin verirsiniz. İzin, içeriği ya da hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer (yedeklerden düşme süresi Gizlilik Politikası'nda).

Güvenli koşu ve Fetih

Trafik kurallarına uyun ve çevrenizi izleyin. Fetih için özel mülke, kapalı ya da tehlikeli alanlara girmeyin; çember kapatmak için hiçbir kuralı çiğnemeyin. Parselin sınırı koştuğunuz rotadır ve herkese görünür: evinizin çevresini göstermek istemiyorsanız Fetih koşusuna başka bir yerden başlayın.

Canlı koşular ve etkinlikler

Canlı koşuta ve etkinliklerde ilerleme telefonunuzdan bildirilir. Sunucu fiziksel olarak imkânsız değerleri yok sayar. Bitiş sıraları ve süreler eğlence amaçlıdır; resmî bir derece değildir.

İçerik kuralları ve güvenlik

Zoddrun'da başkalarının görebildiği içerik var: görünen adınız, profil fotoğrafınız, koşu başlıkları, notlar ve fotoğraflar, koşulara yazılan yorumlar, etkinliklerin altındaki sorular ve cevaplar, topluluk içi paylaşımlar, koşu odalarının sohbeti, canlı koşu lobisindeki sohbet. Bu içeriklerde tacize, zorbalığa, nefret söylemine, müstehcenliğe, şiddete, spama ve başkasını taklit etmeye yer yoktur; bunlara tolerans gösterilmez.

• Şikayet. Akıştaki bir koşuyu, bir yorumu, bir etkinlik sorusunu ya da cevabını, bir topluluk paylaşımını, bir kişiyi, oda sohbetindeki ya da lobi sohbetindeki bir mesajı uygulamanın içinden şikayet edebilirsiniz. Şikayetler incelenir; kimin şikayet ettiği şikayet edilen kişiye söylenmez.
• Engelleme. Bir kişiyi engellediğinizde birbirinizin koşularını akışta görmezsiniz, birbirinizi takip edemezsiniz ve lobide ve koşu odalarında onun mesajları size gösterilmez. Aynı etkinliğe katılırsanız katılımcı listesinde ve sonuçlarda da birbirinizi görmezsiniz; koşu SIRASINDAKİ canlı sıralamada ise görünebilirsiniz. Engeli Ayarlar'dan kaldırabilirsiniz.
• Yaptırım. Kuralları çiğneyen içeriği akıştan kaldırabilir, hesabı askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Bariz küfürler sohbette ve akışta otomatik olarak gizlenir. Topluluk yöneticileri kendi topluluklarındaki paylaşımları silebilir ve üyeleri topluluktan çıkarabilir.
• Gerekçe ve itiraz. İçeriğinizi kaldırır ya da hesabınızı askıya alırsak sebebini hesabınızdaki e-posta adresine yazarız; o e-postaya yanıt vererek itiraz edebilirsiniz.

Zoddrun Premium

Şu an abonelik satışta değil ve bütün özellikler ücretsiz. Abonelik satışa sunulduğunda uygulama içinde bildirilir ve aşağıdaki koşullar o zaman geçerli olur. Ölçüm, geçmiş, istatistik, harita, Fetih, hedef, tempo ve interval modları ile sesli koç her zaman ücretsiz kalır.

• Ne açar: sanal rakipli modlar (kendi hayaletinle yarış, rota ghost'u, sanal takip ve kaçış), canlı koşu odası açmak ve odaya katılmak, gerçek takip, bir de toplu koşu etkinliklerine katılmak. Koşuyu ölçmek, kaydetmek, hedef, tempo ve interval modları, sunucuya senkronlamak, geçmişi ve akışı görmek, takip etmek, alkışlamak ve fotoğraf yüklemek ücretsizdir. Etkinlik listesini görmek de ücretsizdir; ücretli olan yalnızca katılmaktır. Topluluklar ücretsizdir ve bir topluluğun kendi etkinliklerine premium olmadan katılınır: topluluk etkinliği açarken ya herkese ya da yalnızca üyelerine açar.
• Kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Aylık ya da yıllık plan seçersiniz; ücret satın alma onaylandığında App Store'da Apple kimliğinizden, Google Play'de Google hesabınızdan alınır. Dönem bitmeden iptal edilmezse (App Store'da en az 24 saat önce) abonelik aynı süre ve o anki fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir; ücret App Store'da dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde, Google Play'de yeni dönemin başında alınır.
• Ücretsiz deneme. Deneme sunulduğunda ve daha önce kullanmadıysanız ilk hafta ücretsizdir. Deneme bitmeden (App Store'da en az 24 saat önce) iptal etmezseniz seçtiğiniz planın ücreti alınmaya başlar. Deneme sırasında plan satın alırsanız denemenin kalanı düşer.
• İptal ve yönetim. Aboneliği iPhone'da Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünden ya da uygulamadaki Aboneliği yönet bağlantısından yönetir ve iptal edersiniz. İptal, o dönemin sonunda geçerli olur; dönemin kalanı için ücret iadesi yapılmaz ve premium dönem sonuna kadar açık kalır. Hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
• Hesaba bağlıdır. Mağazada abonelik Apple kimliğinize ya da Google hesabınıza aittir; premium hakkı ise Zoddrun hesabınıza işlenir ve bir mağazadan alınan abonelik aynı hesapla öteki platformda da açılır. Aynı aboneliği başka bir Zoddrun hesabında geri yüklerseniz hak o hesaba taşınır ve önceki hesap premium olmaktan çıkar: bir abonelik bir anda tek hesabı premium yapar.
• İade mağaza üzerinden yapılır. Ödemeyi mağaza aldığı için iade talebini de ona iletirsiniz: App Store'da reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play'de Google Play'in iade politikası; biz iade yapamayız. Mağaza iadeyi onayladığında premium hakkı düşer.
• App Store'dan indirilen uygulamaya Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi de uygulanır: Apple Standart EULA. Google Play'den indirilen uygulamaya Google Play Hizmet Şartları da uygulanır.

Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı, kodu, Zoddrun adı ve logosu hizmeti sunana aittir. Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel kullanım için kullanabilirsiniz; kanunun izin verdiği hâller dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz ve hizmeti otomatik araçlarla zorlayamazsınız.

Sorumluluk

Ölçümler tahminidir ve cihazınıza, GPS'e ve çevre koşullarına bağlıdır. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmetin kesintisinden, veri kaybından ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast ve ağır ihmal, ölüm ve bedensel zarar hâlleri ile tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu koşullara Türk hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun uyarınca parasal sınırlara göre Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Avrupa Birliği ya da Birleşik Krallık'ta yaşıyorsanız kendi ülkenizin tüketiciyi koruyan zorunlu kuralları da geçerlidir.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli bir değişiklikte uygulama içinde bilgilendirilirsiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve hesabınızı silin.

The service

Zoddrun measures your run and turns it into a game. The app works offline; the server is a backup and transport layer. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Health notice

Zoddrun is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Distance, pace, heart rate and calorie figures are estimates and depend on your device and on GPS accuracy. Make sure you are fit to exercise and consult a doctor if in doubt. Watch your surroundings while running: looking at the screen means not looking at traffic or at the ground.

Your account

• The email address you provide must be yours.
• Keeping your password safe is your responsibility.
• You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
• Children under 13 may not create an account. Users under 18 use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Content you share

Content such as run titles, comments, profile and run photos remains yours; by uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to do so. Content that is illegal, infringing or abusive may be removed.

You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store and back up the content you share and to show it to the people you choose, only to provide the service. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account (how long backups take to drop it is in the Privacy Policy).

Running safely and Conquest

Follow traffic rules and watch your surroundings. Do not enter private property, closed or dangerous areas for Conquest, and do not break any rule to close a loop. A parcel's border is the route you ran and everyone can see it: if you don't want to show the area around your home, start your Conquest run somewhere else.

Live runs and events

In live runs and events your progress is reported by your phone. The server ignores physically impossible values. Finishing order and times are for fun; they are not an official result.

Content rules and safety

Some of what you post on Zoddrun is visible to others: your display name, profile photo, run titles, notes and photos, comments on runs, questions and replies under events, posts inside communities, run room chats, and the live race lobby chat. There is no tolerance for harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, violence, spam or impersonation in any of it.

• Reporting. You can report a run in the feed, a comment, an event question or reply, a community post, a person, or a room or lobby chat message from inside the app. Reports are reviewed; the reported person is not told who reported them.
• Blocking. When you block someone you no longer see each other's runs in the feed, can't follow each other, and their lobby and run room messages are hidden from you. If you join the same event you don't see each other in its participant list or results either; you may still appear in the live standings DURING the run. You can unblock in Settings.
• Enforcement. We may remove content from the feed, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Obvious profanity is hidden automatically in chat and the feed. Community admins can delete posts in their community and remove members from it.
• Reasons and appeals. If we remove your content or suspend your account, we tell you why at your account's email address; you can appeal by replying to that email.

Zoddrun Premium

Subscriptions are not on sale yet and every feature is free. When they go on sale you will be told inside the app, and the terms below apply from then on. Measurement, history, statistics, maps, Conquest, the goal, pace and interval modes and the voice coach stay free for good.

• What it unlocks: virtual-opponent modes (racing your own ghost, the route ghost, virtual chase and escape), creating and joining live run rooms, real chase, and joining group running events. Measuring, recording and syncing runs, goal, pace and interval modes, your history and feed, following people, kudos and photo uploads are free. Browsing the event list is free too; only joining is paid. Communities are free, and a community's own events are joined without Premium: the community opens each one either to everyone or to its members only.
• It is an auto-renewing subscription. You choose a monthly or yearly plan; payment is charged to your Apple ID on the App Store or to your Google account on Google Play when you confirm the purchase. Unless cancelled before the end of the current period (on the App Store at least 24 hours before), the subscription renews automatically for the same length at the then-current price; the App Store charges within the 24 hours before the period ends, Google Play at the start of the new period.
• Free trial. When a trial is offered and you have not used one before, the first week is free. Unless you cancel before the trial ends (on the App Store at least 24 hours before), the price of the plan you chose is charged. Buying a plan during the trial forfeits the rest of the trial.
• Cancelling and managing. Manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or through Manage subscription in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; there is no refund for the remainder and premium stays on until then. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
• It is tied to your account. In the store the subscription belongs to your Apple ID or Google account; the premium entitlement is recorded on your Zoddrun account, so a subscription bought in one store also unlocks premium on the other platform with the same account. If you restore the same subscription on a different Zoddrun account, the entitlement moves to that account and the previous one stops being premium: one subscription makes exactly one account premium at a time.
• Refunds go through the store. The store takes the payment, so refund requests go to it: on the App Store reportaproblem.apple.com, on Google Play the Google Play refund policy; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. If the store grants a refund, the premium entitlement is withdrawn.
• For the app installed from the App Store, Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA. For the app installed from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and code, the Zoddrun name and logo belong to the service provider. You may use the app for personal use only; except where the law allows it, you may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer it or put load on the service with automated tools.

Liability

Measurements are estimates and depend on your device, GPS and conditions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for interruptions of the service, loss of data or indirect damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for death and personal injury, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. For consumer disputes the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, according to the monetary limits. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply.

Changes

These terms may be updated; you will be told in the app about significant changes. If you do not accept them, stop using the app and delete your account.
